The Chief Architect Office was established in 2010 as a headquarters business unit established by the chief architect of Zhubo Design, Yang Weizhong. There are currently more than 50 professional design talents, including 10 first-class registered architects, 2 first-class registered urban planners, 4 senior engineers, and 14 engineers.

The main project types of the chief architect's office cover large-scale residential communities, high-end residential buildings, urban complexes, commerce, medical care, urban planning, exhibition centers, cultural and sports education, etc. Mainly provide program design, general contract design, product development and other related services. The projects designed by the team have won many awards in mainstream design awards at home and abroad, and have received extensive attention from the industry.
