Poly · Coastal Mansion Haiji Hall

The Poly Coastal Mansion Haiji Hall stands on the coast of Tong'an Bay in Xiamen. The overall plan uses the spacing between high-density towers and low-density The public nodes are connected in series, and the Haiji Clubhouse is set at the starting point to carry the community entrance and clubhouse functions. It will be the main coastal social space of the community. The site elevation of the community and the road have a level difference. The volume that originally only needs two floors to meet the functional needs is divided horizontally. Part of the volume is raised to the third floor and twisted towards the sea, making the second floor The elevated level forms a 360° public sea-view platform, which merges with the vitality 'C' axis. The 'V'-shaped first floor surrounds a triangular sunken courtyard with functions such as reception area, audio-visual room, exhibition area, negotiation area, children's entertainment, office, etc., and is adjacent to the courtyard with internal vertical traffic, and the left side of the exterior is the steps of the community. Entrance to the landscape; the fully open two-story seaside platform can be reached by two internal and external streams. One side can relax and have a cup of coffee while blowing the sea breeze. On the other side, you can cruise in the infinity pool and enjoy the infinite sea view. The zero-distance contact of the secondary senses; the three-story restaurant with the furthest cantilever up to 10 meters on both sides performs a symphony of taste and vision. The multi-level spatial sequence cleverly connects a continuous and positive sea view experience, and releases people's hearts into the infinitely vast sea.
